Zolacon provides utility coordination, digital infrastructure support, and engineering consulting services under the following Terms & Conditions. By engaging with Zolacon, clients agree to the following terms of engagement.

• Service Scope
  All services will be defined in the project-specific engagement or scope-of-work agreement. Zolacon reserves the right to modify deliverables or adjust timelines based on evolving project requirements, field conditions, or client needs.

• Client Obligations
  Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate project information, data files, and utility records. Zolacon is not liable for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, outdated, or misrepresented data provided by the client or third parties.

• Fees and Payment
  Fee structures and payment schedules are detailed in each service agreement. Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in work stoppages, additional administrative fees, or withholding of deliverables.

• Liability Limitation
  Zolacon delivers services with precision, care, and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost project time, or regulatory penalties beyond the scope of our defined services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.
