TERMS & CONDITIONS

Zolacon LLC provides project management, coordination, infrastructure support, and consulting services under the following Terms & Conditions. By engaging with Zolacon LLC, clients agree to the following terms of engagement.

Service Scope

All services shall be defined and governed by the applicable project-specific engagement agreement or scope of work. Zolacon LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify deliverables and/or adjust project timelines as reasonably necessary to account for evolving project requirements, site conditions, or client-directed changes.

Zolacon LLC operates solely as a project management and coordination entity and facilitates services through a network of independent, qualified professionals. Zolacon LLC does not provide licensed engineering services and shall not be construed as the provider of such services.

Engineering Services Disclaimer

All engineering services, including but not limited to design, analysis, and the preparation and sealing of drawings, shall be performed exclusively by independent licensed professional engineers. Such engineers operate as separate and independent entities and shall serve as the sole engineer of record for their respective scope of work.

Zolacon LLC is not the engineer of record and does not provide, render, or hold itself out as providing professional engineering services, certifications, or approvals. All responsibility and liability for engineering services, including compliance with applicable laws, codes, and standards, shall rest solely with the licensed professional engineer of record.

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate project information, data files, and utility records. Zolacon is not liable for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, outdated, or misrepresented data provided by the client or third parties.

Fees and Payment

Fee structures and payment schedules are detailed in each service agreement. Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in work stoppages, additional administrative fees, or withholding of deliverables.

Liability Limitation

Zolacon LLC provides coordination and management services with care and professionalism; however, we are not responsible for engineering design, structural integrity, or regulatory approvals. Zolacon LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays, or penalties arising from third-party services, including engineering work.
