Zolacon
Zolacon is a women-owned project management and infrastructure support firm founded by Danaëlle Bonheur, built on a passion for collaboration and the process of bringing complex projects to life.
Danaëlle began her career in electrical engineering, developing a strong technical foundation in lighting design and infrastructure systems. Early in her journey, she discovered that what truly drove her wasn’t just the design itself—but the collaborative process behind it. Working alongside engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, she found fulfillment in connecting the pieces, aligning teams, and helping ideas move forward from concept to reality.
That passion deepened during her role in utility coordination on a major design-build infrastructure project in Long Island, where she worked across disciplines to manage complex coordination efforts. She later expanded her experience in power delivery, gaining exposure to large-scale infrastructure systems and further strengthening her understanding of how projects evolve from planning through construction.
Across her career, Danaëlle has supported projects from early proposal and planning stages through design coordination, construction support, and final delivery.
Zolacon was born from that experience and a genuine passion for the design-build environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and execution come together. Today, the firm is focused on project management and coordinated delivery, supporting engineering firms, contractors, developers, and utility companies.
